Winter Solstice Dance

A warm invitation to join us as we gather in the dance around the Winter Solstice time. A dance meditation of reflection, letting go of that which does not serve us. As the sun rises from the darkest day, we set our intentions and celebrate renewal with gratitude for the coming of the light.

This will be the last dance for the year. Honouring the connections made amongst the beautiful friends in this dancing community, let's gather after the dance for a potluck finger food feast! Please bring some light veggie nibbles to share.

Movement Medicine is a practice which directs our awareness to our movement, thoughts and feelings, supporting us to get more in touch with who we really are. Everyone is welcome – whatever your background, culture, age, gender or experience, or whether you think you can dance or not. We offer a safe and supportive space to dance freely, encouraging your true and unique expression. No steps to learn, no right or wrong. An invitation to journey within an immersive environment held with captivating music and clear guidance.

Full Moon Dance - Movement Medicine

A warm invitation to join us as we immerse ourselves in this Full Moon Dance.

The ebb and flow of the tides are governed by the moon, and as the human body is mostly water, it’s gravitational pull effects us personally in different ways. During this full moon, we are invited to dance with its magnifying effects, as we look within and release those things that are counterproductive in our lives while calling in that which needs to be nurtured and strengthened. An invitation into a dance journey of personal empowerment, relationship with community and connection with the universal life force - as we move towards a greater sense of inner balance.
